What do I value in Bista Standard? First of all, working in a young and strong team - thanks to the people I work with, I can do my job even better. What is important - the constantly developing company is a great place to work - the training that is organized here allows me to improve my skills. In this way, from a person who started his work on a machine, today I have the pleasure of being a deputy forewoman. It is very motivating. Of course, the salary is also important to me, which in this company is always on time.

Bista has given me a lot of satisfaction and contentment since the beginning of my work. The implemented systems and investments in modern solutions in recent years have greatly improved my work. The development of the company also entailed improving my skills and educating myself to cope with new tasks. However, all this would not be possible without the people I work with. I really appreciate the team I manage, the prevailing atmosphere, the ability to cooperate, help each other and understand each other. We complement each other, share the scope of duties and tasks. I started my journey with Bista Standard over 10 years ago as a logistics student. After the internship, I was employed in the company. Thanks to the multifaceted cooperation with clients from all over the world, I gained a lot of experience in the profession. Today, no transport is alien to me. I like my job because I work in a creative and friendly environment. Starting a career in this company helped me combine my work with passion. In addition, infrastructure facilities and modern work tools help me constantly improve in my industry. Bista Standard gives you a chance for a very good start in your professional life and the possibility of continuous development – I recommend it.

Every morning I come to work with a smile on my face. Why? The answer is very simple. I like what I do! Our company sets new challenges every day, which allow me to develop my skills. In my work, I cooperate with all departments - the people who create them create a good atmosphere, which is why I like being here so much. An additional advantage is modern and functional offices, production halls and warehouses, which allow you to work in comfortable conditions. What makes our time more pleasant is daily access to fresh coffee. In the autumn and winter season, we also receive tasty regenerative meals. My adventure at Bista Standard began in 2011, when the plant was still located at ul. Szajnochy. I started from scratch, but very quickly I showed that I had determination and a desire to learn. Over time, I went through subsequent stages – I acquired new skills, took on increasingly responsible positions and polished my skills in working with modern production lines.

Today, after years of practice, I know my job very well and I also play the role of a trainer. I support new employees by sharing my knowledge, helping them gain qualifications and confidence in their actions – just as someone once helped me.

11 years ago I was accepted into Bista Standard as the Head of the Filter Department, today I am the Coordinator for the Implementation of Quality Systems. From the beginning, I was free to make decisions which gave me a great sense of trust and even greater motivation to work. Good atmosphere, interesting challenges, and the possibility of development allowed me to broaden my own skills. My position is demanding and during the performance of my duties I give 100% of myself, which is why I appreciate the holiday break, which is twice a year in our company. Bista Standard is a good choice.
